Has this happened to anyone?

We are TTC baby #2 and I just got my mirena taken out last week. The day after I had it taken out I started having weird symptoms and decided to buy a opk to see if my feelings were correct. I have PCOS and seriously irregular periods so I had to take progesterone and femera and ended up doing IUI to have my son. BUT when I tested with the opk I got I got faint lines and then I tested again with the clear blue and got a high reading for two days and then today a peak reading. We BD yesterday and today and plan to in the morning as well.

All this just to ask if anyone has NOT had AF but tested for positive ovulation and conceived and gotten their BFP? I’m hoping that we are able to skip the IUI this time around and naturally have baby #2 ☺️
