Confused please help

Last week I started bleeding on Tuesday and presumed I was miscarrying at 5 weeks. Ended up in hospital with suspected ectopic. Scan showed no ectopic but collapsed sac. I had to go back two days later for repeat scan. The second gp said sac was round but empty so he couldn’t say what was going on. I’ve had no bleeding sense last Tuesday. Since Sunday I have been feeling very sick and I have another scan tomorrow morning. Any success stories of empty sac at 5 weeks but then it tuning out positively?
