Advise?

Hey ladies! So I'm on cd 24 and for the last week my boobs have been so sore, my nipples have been red and itchy, I've been light headed with back to back headaches, every morning I wake up I have nausea, I've been really crampy and bloated. My cm is milky. I've been checking up on my lh and just keeps going up and down. I did have some spotting on cd 19 just a few specks. My bbt keeps decreasing. My last period was kinda weird I had a 20 day cycle and had a 5 day period. Can anyone help me know what's going on? Thank you 😊
