I’m losing it… 🤪🤪🤪

I’m TTC, I don’t have a thermometer so I don’t know my bbt; apps all estimate I ovulated on 11th. I had implantation bleeding 23rd-25th. My period was due to start 25th and nothing. AND negative tests. Prior to implantation I had nausea, bloating, extreme fatigue, tender breasts; gone away now. But still negative tests… I know I don’t know the exact date I ovulated, but am I just testing too early? Should I go to the doctor? I’m just a first timer and I’m lost. Thanks for any advice!
