Baby coaches and roaches in my kitchen?

I live an apartment. I keep everything clean . But i been noticing little cockraoches not big ones actually but small ones and those smalls ones lay eggs and make smaller ones idk .. i think they are under my refrigetaor making babies or something.. i havent bought anything to kill them because they are under ny fridge. I notice they come out at night when its dark!!!! They dont like us they run fast. But now im scared and grossed out idk what to do??? Buy a repllent ? Or call my manager????  Or both? They are making babies and babies idk where they are coming from. Vents? Cracks?  I do have in my pantry an attic where they come and fix stuff but ite closed kinda.. i hate bugs and get uncomfortbale becayse i have to sleep with them knowing they are in my kitchen and shit

I also live in an apartment and keep my place spotless but I still deal with roaches because the come in from my neighbors apartments it’s very frustrating. I HATE bugs and I’m so scared of them but I have found that boric acid works wonders as well as sticky traps and bait. I keep traps beside my fridge, in my pantry, and on the tops of my cabinets. I still do occasionally see some passing through here and there but nowhere near as often as I used to. We have pest control here but they don’t spray as often as they should so I started buying stuff to kill them myself.

Talk to your landlord and have them fix the issue. If they don’t, take as many pictures and videos as you can. You should be able to get compensated or break your lease without paying for living in an uninhabitable place (depending how bad the situation is of course). Or you can get bug spray and traps to try and help.
