I wasn’t aware if I was pregnant but have been having unprotected sex. I’m 7 months pp and never even passed a clot this big.

Looks like endometrial tissue. Not generally a cause for concern, especially if it doesn’t smell or cause other symptoms that may indicate infection. You can always talk with your doctor’s office if it helps ease your mind!

You cant just assume a miscarriage based on a heavy painful period or bigger clots. You would have had to have a positive pregnancy test. This looks like normal uterine lining.

I wouldn’t jump straight to miscarriage. Have them do a blood test to determine if any hcg is present.
