Is it possisble to have implantation bleeding after missed period ?

Af is late by 4 days, I took a pregnancy test the days 1/2 of my missed period. Today is day 4 and this morning I had some pink when I wiped that has now gone. Just wondering if it’s possible that I ovulated late and maybe this morning was implantation bleeding? Has that happened to anyone? I’m very regular and haven’t had anything super unusual happen in my life so it’s not stress or anything. Idk…
