Start of mastitis?

Need some opinions. I noticed some sharp pain 2 days ago when I was turning over in bed, found this. Now I've been exclusively pumping every 2-3 hours, and the weather has been humid & this is located in my boob undercarriage; so I was thinking it might just be an irritated pore. But I'm nervous it might be a deep clogged duct. Red square border is from an ointment treatment I did.

I get the PP night sweats and I haven't been feeling flu-like.

Should I contact OB or am I over thinking
