How is the abortion pill regarding pain?

I’m 4 weeks pregnant and want to terminate because of health issues and painful fibroids. How is the abortion pill regarding pain? I’ve gotten a d&c for a miscarriage but it was too painful for me. Will I be able to go to work the next day?

The first pill, no pain.
The second pills… strong cramps and stomach cramps and diarrhea. Heavy bleeding and clots.
Keep up with the ibuprofen even if you don’t have pain, it’ll help the bleeding.
The first ten hours is going to suck.

I’d say the pain isn’t that bad it is sore but you can tolerate it more like constant period cramps but the bleeding is very heavy I would recommend taking the day off purely for that reason.
