34 weeks diagnosed with Fetal growth restriction

Just looking for similar stories and positive encouragement. Since about 21 weeks my baby boy has been measuring “borderline small for gestational age”. From about 21 weeks on I had an ultrasound about every 3-4 weeks to measure his growth. Everytime he measured borderline small but was keeping up on his own “curve”. At about my 29 week ultrasound he was measuring in the 22nd percentile at 2lb 12oz. Fast forward to yesterday at 34 weeks 1 day and he was measuring overall on the 11th percentile and his abdominal circumference was measuring in the 5th percentile. I also had decreased fluid. Because of all of this I was admitted overnight for constant monitoring and fluids. To try to make a long story short my doctor now has me coming for a biophysical ultrasound once a week and NST scans twice a week. Thankfully I was released this morning and the fluids they gave me helped to increase my fluids and they are back in normal range. My waters have not ruptured thank God. If all looks ok with my tests I now will have to do twice a week then they will attempt to keep him in until between the 37-38 week mark. If any of those tests look abnormal and or if his overall percentile drops to the 3rd percentile or his abdominal percentile drops below the 3rd percentile she said they will deliver me right at 37 weeks. To say I’m a nervous wreck is an understatement. There has been no other issues besides the growth issues this entire pregnancy that we have found. Just wondering if anyone has a similar story and if you can share your outcome? He is currently at an estimated weight of 4lb 7oz. If you delivered for FGR between 37-38 weeks or even earlier than that how much did baby weigh and when did you deliver? How did your delivery go like was it a c-section or were you able to be induced and have baby vaginally? Did they have a long nicu stay and was there any other complications that came along with it or just a small baby? Encouraging words and stories would be very appreciated! Thank you so much for reading
