It’s been like this for 10+ years I’m 21
When it first appeared I think I was having some kind of reaction it was very red and hot & itchy and then I had this a couple days later 🫠keep in mind I was a child when this happened so the timing of events could be mixed up but I’m like 80% sure this is why
