Confused! Someone help 😵‍💫🫤

Mirena came out May 21. Never had a period and I’m super irregular. Decided to on a whim to test with CB opk and got my high “flashing smiley” on May 26 and again May 27. Tested again on May 28 got my Peak “solid smiley”. I’ve been trying to figure out how many DPO I am and I’m at a loss. Glow can’t help me because I don’t have a period logged. If someone could help guide me I’d appreciate it!

Im going absolutely INSANE because I have tested a couple of times with negative results so far. I feel “off” and slight cramping like I did with my son but idk when my TWW is up since I don’t know if I’ll get my period or not. 😵‍💫🤨
