Bumps on my cervix??

The other day I noticed I had these small pimple like bumps on my cervix.. I’ve found only two so far. I’ve tried looking for answers online but so far I’ve found nothing.. please help

Without a doctor looking, there’s no way to answer. I have a mole on my cervix. It could be anything.

They could be nabothian cysts, I had those.
