Looking to get back into shape after birth
Hi! So I’m 6 weeks PP I had a c-section which was my 2nd one. I’m looking to lose 20lbs to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight. All I have been really doing was walking and of course just holding baby and nursing . I know I need to start with my diastasis recti . But just clueless in what I should do. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated 🩵
