Number 2 or no?

So I’m a week late on my period a little cramping here and there but that’s it back aches eating a lot sleeping a lot and just late on my period.. last period was April 30 may 3 had some weird spotting may 15 my period is late it’s never been this late I’m not on bc at the moment cause me and hubby are trying for number 2 I’m taking prenatals again I took two first response came out vfl I took a clearblue digital came out negative now I know your not supposed to take it apart but I did and saw two lines does that mean I’m positive?? Need advise!
