No period on mini pill 💊 ?

I started my birth control in Mars, I’m taking the mini pill (desorgestrel) I’ve had my period Mars and April. No Period in May. My gyn did tell me the period would stop after 2 months with possible spotting. I spotted only in April and nothing since. Also at moment where I in normal times ovulate I feel

Lower back pain, tender breast, bloating etc.

Took a test last week and it was negative. Naturally my anxiety is taking over as it’s my first time being on a birth control. Anyone had similar reaction? What are/were your experiences with the mini pill? Did you still get period like cramps or symptoms? Thank you 🙏
