Pregnancy announcement suggestions??

I’m looking for a nice way to announce my first pregnancy to my boyfriend’s family & to my own family. I thought about doing donuts/cake writing a cute note at the top along with a picture of ultrasound….

That sounds cute!! We announced to different people in different ways: a pizza with a sign saying “eat up - my mom doesn’t want to be the only one with a belly” signed from the baby (would work with your idea too), a scavenger hunt to my daughter and I with a sign announcing it, movie night with movie options to pick from all related to pregnancy, changing the ending to a story we read at bedtime for the kids, etc.
