I’m hearing it a LOT more now, so I think it’s one that will be coming back to popularity. I know a baby Rosie and we are also considering Rosie/ Rosalie

It looks like it was the 124th most popular name, and accounted for about 0.1% of births - only about 2000 were born so I’d say you are good!
