Anybody else? PCOS! Ovulation Tests?

I have PCOS but have always had normal monthly periods.

My husband and I are now trying to have our 2nd baby. Letrozole helped me conceive my daughter, now I’m trying to see if my body can do it on its own I have used ovulations tests sense my period ended but have not gotten a positive test (I test 3 times a day)

I am now on CD20 and have not gotten a positive. My periods are always 29-30 days

My question is: Can having PCOS affect ovulation tests?
