18 weeks but no feeling movement yet!

So I can hear baby on the Doppler really well and they kick like crazy. But I’m not sure when I should be able to really feel the baby kick or move. Sometimes I think I feel movement specially when my bladder’s full but i dont know. I’m trying to not worry as I didn’t feel my son till like 21 weeks I think. I can’t remember. This is my second baby that’s made it this far. Some say you should feel more quickly since it’s a second time but i dont even know. I just hope baby is growing ok and i hope to feel them better soon.
