How long did baby aspirin keep your BP regular?

I’m not sure how to word this! I’ve been induced with my last 3 pregnancies due to gestational hypertension. This time I was urged to take baby aspirin starting at 12 weeks, so I did & I plan on continuing up until birth. That being said, I asked my dr if this will prevent needing to be induced again & she told me in a lot of cases it just puts the high blood pressure off but doesn’t prevent it in the end. Does anyone have any experience with this? If you took baby aspirin did you still end up with blood pressure issues? And at what week did they start??
