Accidentally crushed my last active pill of the month

I accidentally crushed the last hormonal pill of the last pack I’m currently on and was wondering if it’s ok to just skip it since it’s been crushed into powder instead of like in pieces of halves. I am gonna be on sugar pills starting tomorrow (Sunday) and wasn’t sure if skipping it and waiting until my period comes and starting the new pack next Sunday or if I should take one from and unfinished pack that hasn’t expired yet (expires sept 2024). Please let me know
