Milk transitions?

How do you transition your fully breastfed baby to whole milk and wean them off of breastfeeding ??

Answer

I breastfed my son for over 2 years but when he hit about a year old I started slowly mixing some of my milk with whole milk. Slowly increasing the whole milk until that was all it was. He drank whole milk with breakfast and only breastfed when I put hi m down for nap and bed. It was the smoothest transition and I’m so glad I did it the way I did instead of just switching out of the gate.
