Met a guy on Hinge - does he seem interested ?

I matched with a guy on hinge a couple weeks ago and we have been talking on and off for a while. He said he really wanted to meet me in person but since he was out of town (we both live in LA) that we could just do something when he got back. Since we follow each other on instagram, I sent him a DM and asked him if he was back and he replied to me right away telling me that he was about to land in the new few hours. I suggested that we could hang out this weekend or next week and then when he asked what I was on the mood for I said we could either go out or do something more laid back like watching a movie at his place and ordering takeout and he said he would be lazy after traveling and liked the idea of staying in. We agreed that he would update me when he got home and situated. He also kept mentioning this outfit in one of my pics that he said he loved on me and was like “ I might kindly ask you to wear that outfit in your pic 🥵” and we were making jokes about it but definitely flirting. He texted me on his way home saying “ in the Uber 🫶” so I took that as him wanting me to come over and said “ should we meet at your place?” He took a few mins to reply then said “ actually I might end up just crashing , I think I need the night to rest.” Which I replied “ totally understand , traveling is super tiring !” Then he didn’t respond for an hour then randomly messages me again “ could you still be down ? I wanna cuddle 😭” Then I asked if he still wanted me to wear that one outfit he liked because he kept mentioning it even weeks prior and then he said “ absolutely- but I might want to rip it off lol”. He sent me his address but then 10 mins later says “ wait sorry don’t leave yet !!” And then sends this message “ please don’t hate me - I’m embarrassed to say but my stomach doesn’t feel well and I think it will prolly just be best if we wait until another time. I’m trying to force it come off a flight and eat dinner but can we please aim for another day ? I feel terrible because you are getting ready right now and might not see the message but I do want to spend time with you - later this week?” He then called me thru audio a min later and I answered and we talked for a few mins but he was just saying next week works better. Does it seem like he is interested or truly wasn’t and just felt bad ? I was really interested but now not so sure what to think because he was being so indecisive
