okay so basically I used to like/liked this boy, and basically; my school has a winter and spring dance alr? Yuh, so I started to like him in the spring so I wanted to go to the dance with him. I asked my friend to tell him and ask him if he will go, but instead of saying yes or no he replied with “oh. Does she like me?” And my friend being my friend she told him YES 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

so then he knew, and it was kinda awkward. Sooo then I got his number and he avoided me for a long time but then suddenly one night he replied (a few weeks before the dance) and he was like: “yo I’ll go to the dance with you only if we go on a date together and I like it.” And I said alr bc I think I loved this boy (such a dumbass bro).

Fast forward to the date, it was like very awkward. He needed to go to play practice so it was very quick, I offered to buy him food but he refused, then we just walked to play practice. Then basically he told me he needed to talk to me and then told me he won’t go to the dance with me bc he wants to go with another girl. I asked who’s the girl and he told me (let’s call her S, not to be rude but she’s ugly, personally I look better). Also let me remind you this was like all in 6/10 mins.

Then we agreed to be just friends and I went home. He never told me it was a secret or not to tell anyone, so I told two of my best friends. One of them (the same girl who told him I liked him) ran over to him during play practice and asked him: “YOU LIKE S?”

I never said he liked her, I said he wanted to go to the dance with her. Also this friend told him that without me knowing so 😭😭. Then he started to ghost me and finally my friends started talking to him about it and we found out he’s mad at me for telling EVERYONE that he liked S. The fact is I didn’t. Well yeah I told some people and I apologized for it multiple times. I’ve tried to text him for two months straight apologizing and telling him I’ll do whatever to make it up to him and prove that I didn’t tell everyone but he won’t listen!!!

so how do I get him to listen so that we can be friends again? (I don’t like him anymore, at least I don’t think I do. And he doesn’t like that girl anymore either. All for nothing 💀)
