TTC when my husband has performance anxiety

My husband (30) and I (32) have been TTC since December 2023 when I got my nexplanon removed. He just told me last night about just how anxious and stressed he is about making a baby. In our sex life, our normal is 2-3 or more times a week with sessions lasting 20-40 minutes. He can get and keep an erection but has trouble climaxing. He says that he’s so stressed about it and can’t stop thinking about making sure he ejaculates inside me that he now kind of associates sex with stress. He feels like our whole relationship hinges on pregnancy. It’s been my dream to carry my own child since I was little. He’s not asking me to give up that specific dream, since I’m not going back on birth control, but it feels like he wants me to tell him that he’s enough. Idk, I feel lost on what to do. Any advice?
