Exercise tips and experiences please
I want to start taking my mind of hurtful things im going to so I decided to work on my body
I need advice, what exercise can I do at home to loose fat in my stomach area and I also want to get a smaller waist but I can't go to the gym cuz its pretty expensive.
I also wanna work on my ass, maybe to make it come out more too.
I want to build myself both physically and emotionally please help your girl out with some advice.
