Late period from working 2 night shifts?
So I have regular periods and around the time of ovulation I only worked 2 nights that entire week (3p-11pm) and (3p-3a) I normally work day shift 7a-3p but I stay up late regardless usually until midnight so the first shift wouldn’t have effected me, the second shift however was 3 hours past what I normally would go to bed. I was just wondering if one shift during ovulation would cause me to be late? I don’t want to take a pregnancy test just yet because I don’t want to be disappointed if it’s negative and really is just the shift change messing me up, the following week after ovulation I worked one 3-3 again and one 4h shift of 3-7, I’ve been working less than I normally have this entire month because I have a prn position and the hospital hasn’t been needing me much. Can this really cause me to be late? The only symptoms I have is sore breast and that’s it. I would understand if I was working everyday switching to nights but it’s not like that at all it’s 2 shifts an entire week.
