Bleeding after sex

So I’m current 10 months postpartum and I’ve been having a regular period for 3 months now. My period just ended about 3 days ago and I’ve been having sex. Everytime I do I start bleeding like this.. what could be the cause for this? This is the first time this has ever happened!
