Am i the problem

Our relationship is crap has been for years.

Partner has female that calls him often asking for advice about her bf (his mate).

I was ok with this at first but she has rang couple times a week for hours at a time crying, moaning etc

I tried to have a adult conversation how I’m starting to feel uncomfortable and how if I had a man calling me that often for hours at a time I think he would have an issue (he very jealous man)

As usual this conversation turns into him dismissing my feelings twisting my words and resulted in him calling his mate and his gf to tell them that I’m a control freak and he not allowed to give them advice anymore (basically trying to make me look stupid).

Am I wrong here?

Is his reaction meant to be normal response?

I have suggested therapy before and he shut it down
