I am shocked and confused

Hcg levels:

6/4/24 31.79

6/6/24 78.37

6/10/24 482.35

6/17/24 1268.48 - first told numbers not doubling appropriately

6/19/24 1152 - called and told me I was miscarrying

6/21/24 1229 - called and thought ectopic

I have had zero spotting or bleeding at all. I am still nauseous and tired all the time.

I went in today (6/24) and had a sonogram to determine if it was ectopic or not and to our SHOCK we saw and we saw a baby measuring exactly to the day correctly in the uterus with a heartbeat.

Should I expect a health pregnancy or a miscarriage?
