Best ways to deal with stress?

Obviously they say stress can affect getting pregnant. How do you all de stress? I have one six year old and the stresses of life are magnified as I have bad anxiety. Does yoga work?

My destress hobbies are; reading, gardening both indoor plants and I have veggies and herbs outside, snuggling with my cats, rollerblading at my favorite park that nobody ever goes to lol or sometimes I drive a few mins to the lake and walk around there 😌 I used to do a lot of painting too especially pour paints! Those things are basically my meditation lol

You have to figure out what works best for you, what works for Sallie May  not work for Donna. Some people do deep breathing, some people exercise, some people scream into a pillow, some people do journaling, some people seek therapy, letter writing to find your own closure, cooking, watching TV or playing games on your phone, watching a funny movie, something that you’ve seen 1 million times like episodes of friends or whatever your favorite show is to binge watch, they say that people who have anxiety tend to watch the same shows over and over again because they find it soothing, they don’t get sucked in and feel like they’re gonna miss some thing, and it’s easier to relax and fall asleep at night. Some people eat comfort food, obviously there’s recreational things like drinking, or drugs, some people do all sorts of things, whatever suits your soul take a bubble bath, pamper yourself, get a massage, do some beauty regimen, treatments, etc
