I feel absolutely defeated because I’ll be honest, I don’t know what I’m doing. But I have a question about BBT and how important and reliable it truly is. I was trying to track it but I started late but I was also using OPK strips. On the day I received a positive OPK, my bbt was 98.76 F. The very next day my OPK was negative and my BBT dropped down to 97.71. Would that mean implantation was unsuccessful? Because when I googled it, that what is said but I don’t know how reliable Google is.
