Please help is this yeast on my skin?

I’m guessing it would be from sweating outside but it’s miserable and I was wondering if there’s any way I can make it go away fast. Anything I could buy, to make it less miserable. 
This is what happens with big boobs in the heat and I hate it. I’ve had it before but never this bad. This is killing me. 
Idk , I shower everyday and wash underneath my boobs and then lift them up and hair dry with a fan so this DOESNT happen but whatever.

Soo it’s gonna sound funny. Use athlete foot cream! My doctor prescribed me that for my rash for underboob. I called her I was like I think you gave me the wrong thing lol she said nope trust me this stuff will work just the same. She even said you can use it for anti itch for vaginal itch external obviously and even mosquito bites. There’s so many things you can use athlete foot cream on!

You can use athletic foot cream or monistat. I’ve used both on my babies when they were yeasty around their private areas from taking antibiotics. Both suggested by doctor.

I'm an RN, and that certainly looks like yeast. Usually it's accompanied by a smell kinda like rising bread dough, if you've ever made bread at home. In the hospital they prescribe nystatin powder, which helps both because it's an antifungal, and because the powder helps dry the skin a little. There's an antifungal athlete's foot powder that's over the counter (I forget the name) that may help, or you can try a cream (not an ointment, they're different) or they even have sprays now. Most important thing is to keep that area as dry as possible. If you use a cream or spray, let it fully absorb then apply an antiperspirant liberally to the underside of your breast and to your chest where your bra band sits, or anywhere skin touches skin. Wash all your bras in hot hot water if you can, and dry on high heat or hang in the sun to dry; either will help kill the yeast. If it's too painful to wear a bra, try putting a pillowcase under your breasts so there's no skin touching skin. Good luck!

Baby powder  help and use deodorant under boob to help prevent it atleast that’s what worked for me

Make sure to keep it clean! I've had it and its usually due to sweat. I would keep it clean and it cleared within 2-3 days

It might be parasite as they love warm moist and dark areas. A parasite cleanse will clear them out of your body. Parasites multiply faster in summer. They show on the skin for smaller varieties of parasites. 
The athletes for cream may work because they can temporarily clear parasites and fungus. But long term, no. Drs cover symptoms, they wouldn’t know anything about root causes and herbs.

My holy grail for those stuff is Honest zinc cream. Its like Desitin but better and not so hard to remove and smells amazing. You will thank mw for this. And u can put it under you boobs, between you thighs or inner groin, on your feet, in between your toes, for curvy ladies in between the curves. Also- Lume full body deodorant also works wonders after its healed to prevent it from happening again. But you have to heal it first.

This is called Intertrigo and it is definitely from yeast. 
It happens to a lot of us, especially in the summer months.
You can use Canesten cream and it should help clear it up fairly quickly.
If it starts to crack or get even more painful, you may need a prescription based anti fungal cream along with an oral antibiotic.
The key is to try and keep the area as dry as possible, i tend to find Gold Bond powder to be the best one out there. After your shower, dry the area as you already do then apply the powder generously.
