Symptomless rash post partum

Hi friends. I’m now almost 4 months post partum, but shortly after giving birth I noticed these spots on my skin. They have grown and changed. No itch, no burn, I wouldn’t have noticed them had I not examined my skin! Anyone else go thru this? I have a doctors appt tomorrow but I cannot stop stressing about it.
