Intimacy after giving birth with two under two?

Just wondering how you ladies managed to keep your s/o happy after giving birth. Not to say hes miserable or anything its only our first week home but a lot of my attention has gone to the kids which i know probably leaves dad feeling ignored. Any tips? I have a 15 month old and a newborn, We also share a room with our children right now just because they are so little.

you can still be intimate without sex, just make it a point to try and spend some time together. set down for at least 10 minutes a day when the kids are asleep or busy and talk to each other, no phones, no TV, if he “needs” something sexual , he can do it himself, there’s no reason to risk an infection or your life because he wants to have sex

Wait until you are fully healed for anything sexual.He has a hand if he needs anything like that.  
As far as no sexual intimacy, it can be very hard in those early days, try to get it in when you can. Cuddling and chatting can do wonders for reconnecting with your partner,
