Please read this! He’s making it seem like I’m wrong

I still have my ex number stored in my phone and when we was together he was a cheater and a liar and couldn’t keep a job reasons why I ended it. So I’m guessing he lost his job again because he texted me last week asking could I send him money for something to eat and me being me I don’t like seeing people doing bad I will literally give the shirt off my back and I said to him you need to get something that will last you if I give you money for something to eat and not get fast food that will last a day he said he will pay me back at the end of the month when he gets money. He got a chicken box and I guess some weed because yesterday again he asked for money and I said your family can’t help you out? It’s something you’re not saying he said why would my family help me out? And saying how that doesn’t even make sense they have their own problems and bills! I said so I don’t? I have no help with anything I live alone and you keep coming to me for help but not your own family. He said his family doesn’t need to know his business I said when you actually need help you should be comfortable with going to them not your ex. We didn’t end on good terms he didn’t like that I was able to move on from him he called me petty and claims I was cheating on him while we was together just making up anything to try and act like I was the bad guy. He recently said I wasn’t right because I said I wasn’t going to keep giving him money he doesn’t always pay me back he will give half on nothing that he claimed he was going to pay back to me. He asked me to also pay his phone bill.
