Talking to someone known or unknown is such a good therapy. When you discuss with someone you get to know what their view of everything is, it then helps you to discuss your burden indirectly with the person. If I’m to advise make out time once in whole to talk to someone about your burden. It helps to relieve the stress that comes with bearing such burden in mind. Talk with people especially those thats reads a lot. They shares their knowledge with you in the process of the discussion and in that process some of the burden you bear will be relieved.

Talking is a therapy on its own.
