Weird sperm overthinking

Can sperm live long on surfaces? At 11:30pm I happen to touch a slimy scissors (used to cut sachet of shampoo) in the bathroom while naked, washed the scissors in front of my vagina with a hose and assumed that it splashed into my vagina. I am now freaking out cos of pregnancy scare? I live with my grandfather and I assume that he masturbate when he was inside the bathroom in the afternoon. Thank you!
