Ingrown? razor bumps?

can anyone please help me??
everytime i shave down there im getting razor bumps and ingrown hairs, it’s generally making me turned off myself and it’s making me extremely nervous to have sex!
it’s only on the top part of my vagina but it’s really stressing me!

I saw a TikTok that saved my life!! 
Okay so let it grow out and in the process you’ll get a REAL loufa and or something course to exfoliate with. You’ll go in circular motions downward and upward every two days. Don’t pick the hairs until you are able to successfully get them out because you don’t want to dig and cause the skin trauma. Then you’ll use only an antibacterial soap on the top area where the pubes mainly are. After exfoliating!! 
Then when the area is healed whether you shave or wax DONT STOP EXFOLIATING!!! Every two days! When you shave you’ll get out the shower and use tea tree oil, as long as your skin can tolerate it, and rub only on the top portion. Once dry you’ll use Johnson’s baby OIL GEL!! They sell one with aloe and it’s gentle. Then you’ll have to get this product from Amazon but it’s called “first aid beauty ingrown hair pads” you’ll use that the day after the tea tree and baby oil gel. And you can rub it all over the top of your vagina not anywhere near the folds or inside and it will help!
