Cerclage Mommies!

Those who had a cerclage preventative or emergent, please give me all the advice. After having my daughter at 29 weeks last May and just find out I am pregnant we have now discussed placing a preventative cerclage around 10-12 weeks. Give me all the deets, advice, and knowledge you can offer please and TIA!

I had mine at 19 weeks untill delivery at 38weeks. I was just told no sex (vaginal penetration) as it can cost the sewing to come undone and no heavy lefty and no extreme physical activities. Get plenty of rest

I was told same too ..no sex,no heavy lifting,more rest, no stretching to get something up and less pineapple intake
