Am I wrong

So I found out today that my mother-in-law told my sister-in-law and God knows who else, that I am pregnant. I am really upset about it because I specifically told her that I wasn’t telling everybody because I had suffered a miscarriage last year and didn’t know what the outcome of the pregnancy would be. I am also upset because, when I had my miscarriage, neither my mother-in-law nor my sister-in-law reached out to me for emotional support. Am I wrong for being pissed and no longer wanting to talk to them or tell them any more information about my pregnancy? My spouse has nothing much to say besides apologies, but I am beyond the apologies.
