Pregnancy scare on mini pill?!

I’m not ttc, I have a three month old and am on the mini pill and I never miss a day but there has been times I’ve ignored my alarm and taken it a few hours later but my dr told me to not take it more than 2 hours later and I try to do that, anyways I don’t track my sex anymore like I did during ttc and i haven’t gotten my period in a month but I heard that was normal for your period to go away and took a pregnancy test last week and it was negative but now I’m queasy and just had the worst stabbing pain and not sure what to think, I took a ovulation test in case maybe it was an ovulation cramp but that was negative and I’m a little scared to take a pregnancy test, anyone have a similar experience!?
