I'm currently pregnant with my first baby and I'm looking for recommendations on which newborn baby diapers to buy❤️

So i always say buy 1 pack of premie(you can donate to hospital or firestation if you dont end up needing them) buy 1 big pack newborn(i.prefer parents choice or dollar general brand diapers). And then i go to 1s. Im on my 5th baby and ill be buying baby small packs every week start from smallest to largest!

My recommendation is to not buy any newborn diapers. You get so many free diapers at the hospital to take home, and it's possible your baby will start in size 1 at birth and skip newborn. This happened to us and we had hundreds of newborn diapers that were gifted to us that we couldn't use.

We use Huggies since there is a good range of weight for them per size and they have the blowout band which we LOVE. We thought we wouldn’t need newborn diapers, but we did. We ended up using newborn diapers for about 4 weeks. So I would say 2 big boxes should be good, then we went to size 1 and then we are finally on size 2 around 9 weeks. For my baby shower I asked for 1s and 2s so we had to get the newborn diapers ourselves since I didn’t have any stocked. I would also suggest getting 1-2 bulk boxes of wipes as well! Hope this helps! Depends where you live. I love the Aldi nappies. They start at size 1 onwards (which is usually about a 6lb baby). I wouldn’t bother with size 0s unless you actually need them (2-5lb baby) as it’s rare for a full term baby to need these

I have used Huggies with all 5 of my babies and they haven’t let me down yet. I also just tried the Rascal and Friends and life then too. But Huggies is my go to and my babies don’t get diaper rash with them. Pampers wouldn’t hold up and would break open often on me.
