Hi,

I’m currently taking rigevidon. I’ve been on it for 4 months.

I have 3 pills left of my pack and then I’m suppose to take 7 days break before my new pack.

During those 7 days I get a bleed for a few days.

However,

I’m due to go on holiday (a swimming holiday) in 1 week and I’m currently bleeding. I’ve never bled during my pill pack before. It always comes a few days after I’m on my 7 days break.

I would prefer not to bleed so I can go swimming with my children,

I was advised by a friend that I can continue taking my pills including my next pack without a 7 days break and it should stop my bleeding for my holiday.

I’m wondering if I should stop my pills now and have my 7 days break early whilst I’m bleeding and hopefully it should stop within a few days?

I’m unsure what the best option would be.
