Husband calls me a BITCH!

My husband and I got into an argument one of the days last year and he called me a bitch along with other names that was the first time. However now when we fight he does it every time. It hurts me deeply some of the names he calls me. I don’t understand how someone who claims they love you can say such things when heated. Our relationship really changed after having our child he’s now 3 and a half. He’s not loving towards me and I have to ask for bare minimum from him. I just want to vent and see what everyone thinks about this.
