I can’t get a positive pregnancy test until almost 3 months pregnant so I had to get an ultrasound

So I can’t get a positive pregnancy test until I’m usually almost 3 months pregnant so I missed my period it’s been two weeks so I decided to go and get an ultrasound to clear my mind when I went I was giving these pictures and my tech said that’s a yolk sack, has anyone seen before 4-5 weeks pregnant?
