Period . Question.

So I’ve been talking with my mother and my sister about how lately my period’s been so heavy , on yesterday I went to work from 5 AM to 2 PM so I counted all the pads that I use from the time I was at work so started from :30 am all the way until close to 3 o’clock I have used seven pads that was the overnight pads from always and I was super heavy and it would not stop. I wake up this morning. My flow is kind of slow now maybe because I’m on bed rest today but waking up feelings, soul fatigue ,Can anybody please tell me what could this mean ?thank you in advance
