Please help

Could anybody tell me what these could be? I’ve had it for over a month, not painful or itchy, doesn’t really leak fluid. It’s super small, almost like the size of a pinhead It’s right underneath my butt cheek when I stand up but also next to my vagina/anus. I’ve seen a few different doctors and they said it wasn’t herpes/warts but I’m not sure what to think. I had a normal pap in November and I’m also 25 weeks pregnant. Negative for stds. I also don’t shave or wax in that area but I shave to take the photo. There’s another bump above is that isn’t as raised as the one below it but you can still kind of feel it when you touch it
