Hi I need help😥

I’m 40, I have no kids due to reproductive complications. I had surgery for a partial removal in 2022 and have since been diligently TTC.

I have a pregnancy hope scare every month but this ones different.

I’m super nauseous, I wet the bed in my sleep and began spotting brown 7 days past ovulation and 7 or 8 days before my period is due.

I’m jittery, dizzy bloated, pee frequently, tired, my belly feels heavy. My lower back is killing me, I’m having minor cramping.

I haven’t taken a pregnancy test because of so many disappointments when I do. I have a complex and it makes me depressed.

Please ladies what do you think…

I know I want to be pregnant so I don’t trust my own opinion
